EPiC Agile Foundations for Teams is a 2 half-day course (Virtual) / 1 day (In-Person) training course that will provide the foundations for attendees to begin their Agile journey.
Description
This interactive course is designed for anyone working with or part of an Agile team. It covers the foundational principles of Agile and Scrum, focusing on the agile mindset, key events, and techniques used by successful teams. Through a combination of instructor-led discussions and team-based exercises, participants will gain a practical understanding of Scrum and Agile, preparing them for role-specific training, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner. This isn't a slide-sandwich - it’s about building knowledge and confidence to use Agile ways of working.
