EPIC Leading Scaled Agile

This dynamic and highly interactive course equips senior leaders with the mindset, structures, and behaviours needed to successfully lead within a scaled Agile environment. Through engaging role-play and collaborative problem-solving, participants explore how to lead Tribes, navigate complexity, and foster alignment and flow across teams and value streams.

• Planning & Events - Aligning work through planning, syncs, reviews, and refinement

• Flow & Rationalising Work - Understanding efficiency, economies of scale, and lean practices

• Tribe Enablement – Governance, metrics, impediments, & shared leadership responsibilities

• My Tribe & My Cadence - Creating your operating model & rhythm for continuous delivery

• Understand the purpose and benefits of a Tribal or scaled Agile model

• Learn how to lead and collaborate across multiple teams and domains

• Recognise the roles, rhythms, and artefacts that support large-scale delivery

• Explore how work flows across the system and how to resolve cross-cutting impediments

• Practice collaborating with other leaders to solve the right problems at the right time

• Discover how to use metrics and governance to support flow and improvement
