This highly interactive, ICAgile-accredited training course is designed to equip Product Owners with the practical skills needed to drive real value in complex enterprises. Is this a certification course?

To obtain the ICP-APO certification attendees are required to demonstrate knowledge, skills and mindset of an Agile Product Owner while attending the course. Attendees are assessed through a combination of exercises, in-class activities and overall application of learning outcomes during the course.

Is there an exam? 

For the ICP-APO certification there is no exam.

For those that purchase the PSPO-1 certification with Scrum.Org (additional cost) there is an exam.

Who can attend this training course? 

This Product Owner course is for anyone already in a Product Owner role, or looking to become a Product Owner. Business Analysts, Project Managers and anyone with an interest in how Product Owners work in a scrum environment will benefit from attending this course. 

Do I need to complete any training courses prior to undertaking the Product Owner Certification course? 

It is not essential to have completed previous training courses prior to attending this workshop, however a strong knowledge of Agile / experience working in Agile environments is recommended.

Is this course facilitator-led?

Yes, this is a facilitator-led virtual / In-person workshop. You will be able to ask questions, engage with peers and put into practice your learnings during breakouts and group sessions.
