EPiC Agile for Leaders is a 2-half days (Virtual) or full day (In-person) course that equips leaders with an understanding of Agile to help them demystify what Agile is, how teams work, and their role in supporting agile teams and creating an environment for higher performance.

This course is for Leaders or line managers of staff who will be participating in Agile teams.

The course is a highly interactive combination of instructor led discussions and team-based exercises. It’s not just reading through a slide pack. 

This course equips leaders with an understanding of Agile to help them demystify what Agile is, how teams work, and their role in supporting agile teams and creating an environment for higher performance.
