1. Services Provided

2. Registration and Payment

To register for a training program, you must complete the registration form and submit payment in accordance with the instructions provided. Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

3. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your participation in a program, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations by Participants

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the program will receive a full refund minus a administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the start of the program are non-refundable, students are recomended to re-schedule to future courses
  • Students are able to reschedule to later courses at no extra cost if they are unable to attend the course dates.

4.2. Cancellations by EPIC Agile

  • If EPiC Agile cancels a training program, you have the option to receive a full refund of any fees paid or the option to transfer to another program at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the training programs, including course content, handouts, and multimedia presentations, are the intellectual property of EPiC Agile. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training sessions. EPiC Agile reserves the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive behavior, with no refund issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPiC Agile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

EPiC Agile reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
